Back on board for the final leg of luxury to L.A. Thirty seconds after takeoff, we were looking at the Grand Canyon off of the port side of our plane. The sun was setting so the photos aren't that great, but it was still spectacular as the sun just touched the rims of jagged edges of the red rock.
Kiki still doesn't know how long the flight to Sydney will be. For that, we are grateful. I think she is almost believing the flight will only be one hour and ten minutes from LA to Auckland. :)
Three words: Duty Free Shopping!!!!
We are now in LA, awaiting our flight to Auckland, then on to Sydney!!
